Collecting your new pet in-person saves on carriage; and less stressful for your new pet. Plus, it's alway nice to meet you face-to-face.

See if it is cheaper for us to hand deliver your pet - we can also give you a price to meet half way. Contact us for details.

Combine orders with friends

You can split postage costs (plus you'll earn the Pet Points on your account).

Become a UK+ Member

If you order regular or are buying an expensive pet/item, it can pay to become a UK+ Member. Soon all prices on the site will have both a Standard and a discounted UK+ Membership price.
