Christmas and New Year Dispatch Dates 2025/2026

As the festive season approaches, we want to make sure all our customers have everything they need for their reptiles over Christmas and New Year. Please read the following information carefully and place your orders in good time.
Please do not leave online shopping until the last minute. We cannot guarantee stock levels or dispatch during the busy festive period. Our final reptile delivery date before Christmas are:
REPTILE DELIVERIES
- Thursday 18th December
All welfare checks must be completed before Monday 15th December and payment made before midday on the same day. Reptile courier services will resume week commencing 5th January 2026.
Dispatch and Opening Times
- Monday 15th December 4pm - Last day for booking reptile courier
- Wednesday 17th December 1:30pm - Last day for livefood & equipment orders
- Thursday 18th December - LAST POSTING DATE before Christmas & New Year
Holiday Closure:
- Friday 19th December - Sunday 4th January CLOSED
We reopen on:
- Monday 5th January 2026
We may respond to some emails over the festive break, but please don’t be concerned if there is a delay, like everyone, we’ll be spending Christmas with our families. Rest assured, all animals onsite will still be cared for and thoroughly spoilt!
