The Devils Ivy is also known as Ceylon Creeper, this is an ever green plant that will climb and trail within the terrarium.
|Size||Large requires pruning|
|Light Strength||Partial Shade - Full Sun|
This is a vigorous climbing plant which adds a natural look to any forest or jungle terrarium. It has large green ovate leaves that are spotted and streaked with cream or yellow.
The Devils Ivy is tolerant to a wide range of conditions. It prefers a moist but well drained soil with good lighting; this can be partially shaded. This plant is a true monster when it comes to plant growth and has to be pruned back on a regular basis. It can be pruned back to within a few leaf nodes of the soil, or the vine trimmed back to the required position. If the main vine is left in place and trimmed back to the same length all the time, it will get thicker and thicker creating a fantastic jungle effect.
