Delivery: Dispatching animals in cold weather?
We take every care to ensure that the animals we dispatch are as comfortable as possible during their journey to you. Extreme weather conditions can prevent orders being dispatched on time.
Our policy is not to send out any animal below 0C (freezing temperatures). If you can not wait for more suitable delivery conditions, a full refund will be given.
During cooler seasons, heats packs are always placed inside the packaging (this also includes some live food and invert orders).
