Crickets Gryllus bimaculatus and sigillatus
In captiveity, crickets make up most of our Exotic Pets live food. Two species of crickets are bred in large numbers, these are black and brown crickets.
Crickets are a source of live food, fed to our Exotic Pets like lizards and inverts. We offer two species known as Black Crickets (Gryllus bimaculatus) and Brown Crickets (Gryllus sigillatus) . Black Crickets seem harder and grow to a larger size, but some species of lizards find them difficult to digest. The brown crickets are slightly small and very active, jumping in all directions.

Black Crickets
Hatchlings - 3mm First - 5mm Second - 6-8mm Third - 8-10mm Fourth - 12-18mm Standard - 18-25 Large/Adult - 25-30 Brown Crickets
