Festive Opening and Delivery Information

Wednesday, 13th December 2023

During the festive period please place your orders as soon as possible so we can plan for them.

Please look at the dates posted carefully and ensure you place your orders early to avoid disappointment. Orders received after the posted cut off dates below will be reviewed on a case by case basis, these will be non-guaranteed, and perishable products will be sent entirely at your own risk only.

Ordering to receive before Christmas

All orders must be placed before 10am on Tuesday 19th December.
Our last guaranteed posting date for Christmas is Wednesday 20th December.
Local orders will be deliveried as normal on Friday 22nd December (between 5-9pm).

Ordering to receive before New Year

All orders must be placed before midnight on Boxing Day.
Our last guaranteed posting date for New Year is Thursday 28th December.
Local orders will be deliveried as normal on Friday 29th December (between 5-9pm).

Ordering to receive after New Year

All orders must be placed before midnight on New Years Day.
Orders will be shipped from Wednesday 3rd Jaunary.
Local orders will be deliveried as normal on Friday 5th January (between 5-9pm).

Invertebrate Orders

All orders will be shipped on a first come, first served basis.
Weather dependant. We will not take any unnecessary risks by shipping orders in extremely cold weather, if temperatures are likely to plummet or there is an increased risk of overnight frosts, we will hold onto orders until we feel it is safe to ship them.
Heat packs will always be provided with invertebrate orders during the coolers months.

Reptile/Amphibian Courier

This service will now resume in the New Year and further details will be posted in the coming weeks.
