The nights are still cold - delays on orders

If you are waiting for an order to be dispatched, please read on, as this will concern you...

Unfortunately, the weather is still cold with freezing nights. If you are waiting for an order with livestock, please understand that we will not risk sending this out until we feel the weather is suitable. We are still sending out some live food order and invert orders, but again, if we feel this is too cold, we will hold onto the stock for a further few days/weeks.

If you have any concerns or you are desperate for your live food order, please contact us. We are very willing to send out live foods, but this is at your own risk - we will not refund or replace if they arrive dead.

We do check the weather report daily and it’s going to turn very cold until next week. We are looking at dispatching orders from Monday onwards as the nights are milder. Please understand that we have a large backlog of orders from the past two weeks, but we are trying our best to send out all orders ASAP.
