Delays on orders due to the cold weather again!

The weather is extremely cold and it's not going to warm up for another week - so the weather report says. If you have ordered livestock or foods, please read on...
If you have recently placed an order for live foods or livestock, there may be a slight delay on receiving your order. The weather has turned really nasty again, it's barely reaching 5C during the day here with the nights below freezing. Due to this, our suppliers are not sending out livestock and neither are we.
We hope that you understand that we are not willing to risk stress or suffering to any livestock. If you still want us to dispatch your live food orders, this is at YOUR OWN RISK and no orders will be replaced or refunded!
We will be shortly emailing/calling all of our customers who have placed orders informing you of the situation. If you do want live foods, please order Black Crickets as these can withstand the cold weather much better than Brown Crickets.
