Bank Holiday Delays

Due to a number of shipments landing last week, then with the bank holiday we are currently behind in returning phone call messages and replying to emails.

The animals we have just received are our priority at the moment, ensuing that these settle in and are feeding well. We'll shortly be adding these to the site as these are all very popular species. All animals will have been wormed, however, it is best to re-worm them to ensure they no internal parasites.

We'll be returning phone calls later today (Tuesday 4th May) along with replying to emails throughout this week. We may have a few delays on dispatching orders of equipment and foods as we have received no deliveries this week so far due to the bank holiday.
