Emailing error now fixed

For approx. 1-2 months, we were not receiving all of our emails. We were unaware of this until we started receiving complaints.

Over the last few months, some of our emails were lost due to a problem with the "automated DNS system". Although our current server provider assured us this had been corrected, emails were still going missing.

We have now changed over to a new server provider, Serversure.net. For the past few weeks, we have received all of our emails and have not had any further complaints.

If you haven't received a response from an email you sent approx. three weeks ago or longer, please resend this and we aim to reply within 3-4 working days.
