We are sending our best wishes to you, our lovely customers. It has been our pleasure to provide you and your exotic pets with everything you need both in store and online; and our team thank you for being so supportive and loyal throughout the past year.

We would also like to take this opportunity to reassure you all, that we endeavour to keep our prices as competitive as possible throughout 2023. We will also continue to offer our support and advice on how to help keep running costs down this winter, without compromising on the needs of your animals, we are here to help!

We also have lots of breeding projects and eggs incubating as we speak, plus exciting new product ranges and plans for the year ahead… watch this space!

Online Changes

With continued price rises with couriering partners throughout last year, we made the decision to return back to Parcelforce so we can continue to offer you the best possible delivery rates.
The shipping rates for glass terrarium and large bulky orders will also be lowered in the next couple of weeks due to partnering with an additonal courier and new pallet delivery partner.
After many legistlation changes and an awful lot of confusion, we can now again offer some pet food and supplies deliveries to Northern Ireland.

New Shop Opening Times

Heading into the new year we have decided to make some small adjustments to our shop opening times:

Monday to Friday (10:00am to 17:30pm)
Weekends and Bank Holidays (10:00am to 16:00pm)
