More delays due to cold weather

Again it’s turned cold, here in the midlands it’s just been snowing!

Unfortunately, due to the weather any orders placed will be delayed once more. We hope you understand that this is beyond our control and are only thinking of the livestocks welfare. We would prefer to keep hold onto the stock and wait until the weather improves.

If however, you wish us to dispatch your order, we will need an e-mail as proof of your request, but please note any deaths due to cold weather will not be refunded as it is at your own risk!

We are also trying to dispatching orders which were placed first. If you have been waiting for a week or two, there is a very high chance your order is next. If you want to purchase dried goods and frozen foods, we may delivery these sooner than livestock orders, simply because they are not affected by the weather.

Exotic Pets apologises for the delays, but hope you will support us during the next few cold months. We are willing to hand deliver within 100 miles of Chesterfield or meet half way at cost. If you would like this service, please contact us with your postcode or an area you would like to meet.
