This will affect reptile and amphibian orders only. All invertebrates, foods and supplies will continue to be shipped via Royal Mail and APC.

Walkers ceases animal transport

We have learned today that our courier partner, Walkers European Express Services Ltd, have ceased their animal transport solution with immediate effect.

Walkers have been a reliable service provider for Exotic Pets and it is regrettable that they can no longer offer animal transport.

What's happening with my order?

We will contact all our customers with existing orders as soon as possible.

Why can't I order reptiles and amphibians from your website? 

We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused, but having just lost our courier partner we now need to review our livestock transport offering. We will make further announcements over the coming days and weeks once we have found a solution. Please keep checking the latest news for current information.
