After last nights announcements from the prime minister we will be implementing further changes with immediate effect.

Key businesses allowed to remain open

We are considered a key business by government, we will remain open and will continue to keep your pets happy and healthy.

Our Dronfield store

From this point onward and until further notice, we will be operating a strict one in one out policy for customers visiting our Dronfield store.

If you're feeling unwell, do not visit, use our online mail order service only.
You must use the hand santiser when entering the store and while leaving.
The shop will be partitioned and browsing will be restricted but we will continue to sell all essential products including foods and supplies.
If another customer is in the store please wait outside until they leave. As per government advice, social gatherings of more than two persons are not permitted.
Wait for assistance, do not walk around the store unattended.
Social distancing must be followed (keep 2 metres apart).

These rules must strictly be adhered to by anyone visiting the store, they are for your protection and ours and we're not asking you to do anything the goverment hasn't already done so.

Click and Collect

We urge customers to use our Click and Collect service, you will see most of what we sell online and we can prepare orders in advance of your visit. This will limit contact between individuals and keep everyone safe.

Our Online Services

Our website and phone services will continue to operate as usual. We have spoken with all of our couriers and they are contiuing to operate as normal, with one exception, our reptile courier will not be delivering in Northern Ireland for the time being.

This may be subject to change over the coming days/weeks but we will update you as we know more.

Increase in Orders

As a business we have started to see a large spike in livefood orders, we are now working with a local breeder and we don't see any shortages forthcoming. We ask all customers to be patient and understanding during this challenging time while we pack and ship your orders to you.
