Christmas Opening and Delivery Information

Our opening hours over the festive period and last posting dates for orders.
Delivery Information
During the festive period it's advisable to place all orders as soon as possible, so we can plan for them.
Normal service will continue until Friday 23rd December; with the following exceptions.
- Livefood/Frozen: Last posting date for Christmas is Wedneday 21st December
- Invertebrates: Last posting date for Christmas is Wedneday 21st December
- Reptile Courier: Last guaranteed delivery date, Thursday 22nd December (orders to be received by Tuesday 20th December 12pm)
Service will resume again for all orders on Wednesday 28th December; with the exception of invertebrate and livestock orders which will be shipped week commencing 2nd of January.
Click and Collect
Don't forget, we now offer a Click and Collect service so it may be possible to collect your order from us. To guarantee this service, we'd ask all customers to contact us as soon as possible.

- Monday 19th - Friday 23rd December (8:30am - 4:30pm)
- Monday 26th - Tuesday 27th December (Closed for Public Holiday)
- Wednesday 28th - Friday 30th December (8:30am - 4:30pm)
- Monday 2nd January (Closed for Public Holiday)
- Tuesday 3rd - Friday 6th January (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Week commencing Monday 9th January, service will resume as normal.
