Weather update

This week, most of the UK has experienced some wintery weather from bitterly cold freezing temperatures to snow.

Although we are trying our best to dispatch goods we are holding onto all livestock orders until we feel this is safe to do so, this includes inverts. We will not risk the animals welfare at any point! Frozen and dried goods will be dispatched as normal unless we know of any severe weather conditions upon route to your address.

All orders will be dealt on a first come first served basis. As soon as we feel it is safe to send out an order containing livestock we will contact each customer via phone to ensure someone will be available to accept the parcel. It is very important for our customers to keep their contact details up to date for this reason. If we are unable to reach you, an automatic email is sent informing you of the order progress – this will show as “order complete” and give a tracking number where applicable.
