Bad weather will cause major delays

So far today, we have seen some major snow showers within our local area of Derbyshire, with a lot of the UK also being effected with heavy snow.

Unfortunately, due to our location we will only be present to care for the animals. No phones will be answered, however, we will be replying via email throughout the day - therefore, please email us via the contact page.

We had planned to run a number of same day hand deliveries this week, this is looking unlikely until the weather picks up and isn't dangerous to drive in.

Please bare with us if you have an order awaiting dispatch. Dried good orders will be dispatched as normal, however, expect delays with the delivery services - Next Day may not be guaranteed! All livestock and invert orders will be suspended until further notice and live foods orders only dispatched at your risk. We will contact you to discuss this.

We would like to thank everyone for being so understanding about these delays and we assure you, your order will be despatched at the earliest opportunity.
