Thermomerters and Humidity Gauges Current readings in your enclosure
These are ideal for checking your Exotic Pets enclosure to ensure that the thermostats are working correctly. You should have one at either side and ideally one in the middle of an exotic pet enclosure.
It is essential to place a thermometer dial or strip at both ends of the enclosure. This will allow you to ensure that your Exotic Pets enclosure has the correct temperature at both warm and cool end. humidity dials are also important, if some species of Exotic Pets such as Amphibians are kept too dry, this could be fatal.
There are a number of products available from the cheap liquid crystal strips to the expensive digital top of the range.
