Freezing Weather has caused delays

February has seen some bad weather with temperatures below -8C during the night. This has caused delays in despatching livestock and some live food orders.
The welfare of the animals we provide is our priority, we will not risk despatching any orders while temperatures are below freezing. This applies to Invert orders too, although we add heat packs at no extra cost, this would cause stress to the insects. Once the weather has warmed up to 3C during the night and WE feel this is safe, orders will be despatched ASAP.
We would like to thank everyone for being so understanding about these delays and we assure you, your order will be despatched at the earliest opportunity.
