Christmas delivery times

Have your orders in nice and early, we’ll do our very best to despatch your order to arrive by Christmas.
This is a busy period for us, we want everyone to have their new exotic pet or goods in time. If you are thinking about purchasing an exotic pet for a friend/family member, please make sure this is what they want. Alternatively, send them a Gift Voucher.
We are expecting to be very busy during the last few weeks before Christmas. To guarantee your order arriving before Christmas (dependent on weather and stock availability), please order as early as possible. Our cut off date for all orders will be Sunday 16th December, orders received after this date will not be despatched until the New Year.
Depending on weather conditions, orders may be delayed. If we experience any problems, we'll email/call to inform you.
Below are the last posting dates before Christmas:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Post - last post date Wednesday 19th to receive by weekend
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day - last post Thursday 20th for a Friday 21st delivery
- TNT Next Working Day - last post date Thursday 20th for a Friday 21st delivery (Saturday option available)
- Same Day Hand Deliveries - Bookings will be on a first come first served basis for Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd. Last delivery will be Christmas Eve with an additional £10 charge, these MUST be booked and confirmed!
