Winter is back! How this could affect your order

It's that time of year again when the ground is covered with frost and cold bitter winds.
When despatching live animals, it is our priority that they are shipped with minimal stress and within ideal temperatures. We want to ensure you receive your new exotic pet's in perfect condition.
This time of year is always tricky; we have to judge sending stock when there will be no ground frost during the night or early morning. From now until spring, we will check this each day - sending live animals only when the weather is not too cold.
This could lead to delays with some orders, but we'll do our very best to get your orders to you as soon as possible by:
- Adding extra heat packs at no additional cost - we'll include these when required with invert and live food orders, extra heat packs will be placed in all live animal orders.
