Username and password query

Reply to question received from Craig A, Sheffield: I registered on the exotic-pets site on Wednesday, 7th September but I cannot seem to access my account. Can you help?!

We encountered some technical problems on the site on Wednesday (pm) that could have affected certain registered users.
If you feel that your account was affected, please try the following:
1. Sign into your account at http://www.exotic-pets.co.uk/login.php . If there is a problem with your sign in details click on 'Forgotten Password and type in your email address and click the 'Get Password' button.
2. If you get this message "Sorry, your e-mail address did not match any of our records" then you will need to re-register.
While you're checking your account, please Sign In and go to My Account and then click on My Details. Make sure you have checked the 'Include me in the Exotic-Pets.co.uk mailing list' box. This will ensure that you receive all the latest Exotic-pets news, offers and discounts.
