Overwhelming amount of email

We are experiencing an overwhelming amount of email enquiries – subsequently, we have a large back-log of email to reply to.

A combination of several factors has lead to an overwhelming amount of email enquiries.

Stuart T. said "Still 5 days later (4 working days) no reply... This breeds lack of trust for a service that offers no person to person conversation..."

We understand the frustration this is causing. To combat this problem we have re-developed the contact form, allowing you to state the type of enquiry.

And, there will be more FAQs added to handle some of the more common questions.

Our aim is to get through the back-log of email within the next few days, and hopefully the filtering of email enquiries should speed up our response time.

Any suggestions you have on how we could better our customer service, please send a “General Enquiry” for the attention of Phil.
