Due to a recent code update, we had a problem with our registration form. Users who registered on the 16th Jan, please read this news item for more information.
We are always updating the Exotic-Pets.co.uk website. Unfortunately a recent update caused a fault in our registration form - leading to problems with the passwords on new accounts.
Only users who registered on the 16th will have this problem. Everyone who registered will receive an email with further instructions.
