Last posting for Christmas

Make sure that you have your orders placed with plenty of time to spare for a guaranteed Christmas delivery. We do not want to disappoint any of our customers, but as you may be aware, this is a very busy time of year for us.
We would like everyone to have his or her new exotic pet in time for Christmas, but we do unfortunately have a cut off line for orders. We hope you understand that Christmas is a very busy period for any business, ours all the more so as we can only dispatch while the weather is above freezing.
To guarantee a delivery for Christmas (dependant on weather and stock availability) orders placed after Sunday 17th December and paid via PayPal may not be processed in time. Orders made via cheque or postal orders should reach us no later than Friday 15th December.
Below we have listed the last post dates and guaranteed delivery times. If you require your order to be dispatched on a certain day, you MUST place this in the notes section on the order form, otherwise we will dispatch when we can.
- Royal Mail 1st Class - last post Tuesday 19th to receive by weekend.
- Royal Mail Next Day - last post Thursday 21st for a Friday 22nd delivery.
- TNT - last post Thursday 21st for a Friday 22nd delivery (Saturday option available)
- Same Day Hand Deliveries - last delivery will be Christmas Eve with an additional £10 charge. These MUST be booked and confirmed at least two weeks prior!
Please do not leave your orders to the last minute. We would recommend placing your order no later than Sunday 10th to make sure that the stock can be obtained as we only have a limited amount on site!
