Mystery of the missing email

Have you sent us an email and still waiting for a reply? Read this article to find out what's been going on.
After several complaints from Exotic-Pets.co.uk members regarding us not replying to their Email - we did some research and found that some of your email has not got to us.
It seems that there has been "a problem with the automated DNS system, which has led to a few domains being incorrectly advertised on the DNS servers".
Don't ask me what that means, but I am assured that the Email should be working again. So if you haven't had a reply - please re-email us.
