Closed for two days in November 2010

During November 2010, there will be two days during the week when we will be closed due to training.
On Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th November, we will be closed. This means, no phone calls will be answered or any orders dispatched. We can still reply to a few emails during the evening but would ask you to bare with us as there may be delays.
If there are any problems with a delivery of an order, you will receive a reference and phone number for you to contact the courier direct for an update.
We'll be aiming to dispatch as many orders as possible on Tuesday 2nd November. On Friday 5th November, any dried good orders and some live foods (depending on the weather) will be sent to arrive over the weekend.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding. If you require live foods or equipment urgently, we ask for you to order them as soon as possible.
