We're rewarding our loyal customers with up to a 5% discount on all exotic pets and products.
How does the Exotic-Pets.co.uk Loyalty Discount work?
There are three spending brackets, each bracket has a discount percentage (1%, 3% and 5%). If you are in or over a spending bracket you get a discount. The discounts are calculated on a 12 month timeline.
So, the more you've spent within the last 12 months - the higher the discount bracket you'll be in.
How will I know if I have a Loyalty Discount?
You can view your discount level in My Account, you will also notice your Loyalty Price on each product.
Will I still earn Pet Points with my Loyalty Discount?
Yes. The Loyalty Discount is an additional saving for our regular customers, you get both the discount and Pet Points!
