Delivery: How does the Exotic-Pets.co.uk Hand Delivery Service work?
Using Google Maps, you can calculate the distance from Exotic-Pet.co.uk to your door. This enables you to select the correct EXP Delivery option.
If you live within 100 miles of Exotic-Pets.co.uk, we can hand deliver to your door. The delivery address must have a full and valid postcode.
You can calculate the distance by using Google Maps:
- At checkout select your delivery address.
- Under the Delivery Method drop down menu, click the "Calculate EXP Delivery Distance (Postcode)" link.
- Google Maps will open in a new browser window.
- Distance is displayed on left, just above the directions.
- Return to the Exotic-Pets.co.uk checkout page and select the appropriate EXP Delivery Option.
If you place an order with the wrong distance you will be either credited the difference in Pet Points or invoiced the outstanding before the order is processed.
